What happens when you purchase your dream starter condo in the perfect location and amenities, but the condo’s interiors don’t match your needs or lifestyle? You renovate obviously! This project was special in that our clients love to cook and entertain, but the condo’s layout wasn’t geared for a chef’s kitchen.
The key ingredient in this transformation was the client’s clear communication for what they needed in their condo. The amazing team at Jamie Banfield Design took all the client’s requests and re-arranged the kitchen layout to suit.
By revamping the kitchen while dramatically giving new life to the rest of the condo (eliminating non-functional rooms via new efficient layouts), this condo stands as the nicest unit in the entire complex.
A Georgie Awards Finalist, the project was an absolute pleasure for the Condoworks team to undertake, especially when the chef himself cooked up a dinner to showcase his passion in the new space.
