The embodiment of why Condoworks was established in the first place, this project is the poster child for “developer-grade cookie-cutter” finishing. Hugging the beautiful greenery of Queen Elizabeth Park, this penthouse condo was freshly completed by the developer. Yet, the interiors were bland and lacked personality.
The condo’s owners sought out Jamie Banfield Design to invigorate style and functionality into this large penthouse. The result: an absolute oasis of natural textures and materials, complemented by the owner’s love for plants made this project a highlight of our condo renovations.
Featured in Home + Décor magazine, the creative process that went into this transformation is unmatchable and catered to the owner’s exact needs. A HAVAN Awards for Excellence Finalist and a Georgie Awards Finalist,, this condo transformation set a new bar.
