A true example of before and after is what this Yaletown condo is about! Steps from the seawall with amazing views of False Creek, it would have been disappointing to keep the 1990s finishes and compartmentalized spaces as they were.
Once again, the team at Form Collective took on the challenge of transforming this condo into the bright and timeless space that it is today. By opening up the kitchen area and eliminating a solarium while combining a den with the kitchen, the end result was a beautiful space that allowed natural light to flow throughout the condo.
Features included curb-less showers incorporated into both bathrooms, along with a centralized AC system installed, and a double keg beer tap in the kitchen.
