Just because a townhouse/condo is in a co-op, it doesn’t mean that you can’t upgrade it to your design preference.
Our out-of-country clients at this Granville Island building sought to update their entire townhouse by selecting all materials themselves and exercising their touch of interior design skills in the transformation.
The kitchen area witnessed the most dramatic change, followed by the opening up of the stairs. Kitchen transformations included custom millwork and additional storage as per the client’s needs, with luxury hardware to complement the new appliance package.
Stairs that were previously carpeted and closed off, were re-imagined in an open tread style, expanding all the natural from the skylight above.
Upon entering the townhouse, a welcoming space was imagined, and built to give our clients and their child a place to sit and put on their shoes & coats.
Overall, this townhouse transformation is one that the client is proud to showcase to friends/family.
