A young couple in desperate need of a renovation to their outdated condo reached Condoworks with a tight timeline, as their new baby was due to arrive. Our team sprang into action and put a schedule together to meet the timelines.
The creative duo of Designs By KS took the bull by the horns to deliver hints of Scandinavian vibes to this Kitsilano condo. The work entailed a revamp of the entire unit, including gutting of all rooms, scraping of ceilings, new functional millwork throughout for added storage, as well as a customized baby room.
A Georgie Awards Finalist, this project was completed ahead of schedule: just in time for the baby’s arrival. The young family enjoys this space to this day, and has reported that it is the “prettiest” condo in our entire building.
