When the owners of this townhouse along the Marinaside seawall approached us about a transformation, they had already engaged the creative team at Kalu Interiors for their dream needs and wants.
Since the kitchen was functional and already in good shape, it only underwent an aesthetic redo by applying architectural film and changing the door and drawer hardware. Instead, emphasis was placed on revitalizing the living and dining room areas, including the main stairs leading to the second floor and all the washrooms throughout.
The washrooms received Kalu’s signature elegant style of finishes, adding a touch of luxury backed by the functionality that the clients needed.
The living room area was enhanced by building a new fireplace surround and adding shelving plus mood lighting, bringing this home to a whole new standard.
