Seawall Refreshment at False Creek

Bright Colours and warm wood

Sometimes it is not about how shiny your new object is, but what you can do with an existing one.  In this case, our clients had been long-time residents of their condo along the False Creek seawall and had a passion for the sea.  Rather than move out, they transformed their outdated 1980s condo into a more functional and bright space.

Enter Form Collective, the dynamic team behind this complete transformation that included the complete gutting of existing finishes and layout, to highlight the unit’s open space and larger-than-normal footprint (compared to today’s new condo layouts).  The end result was a mixture of bright colours and warm wood tones for a balanced aesthetic.

This condo transformation was a Georgie Awards Finalist, yielding very ecstatic client feedback.  One of the pleasures of transforming spaces is the friendship we establish with condo owners in the process; this project was no exception.
